In the simplest of terms, a coach will facilitate the process between the client’s current thinking and mindset to a new place of understanding, thoughts, behaviours and actions.

The client is encouraged to identify their own solutions through purposeful questioning, reflective practice, goal setting and recognition of growth.

In my coaching sessions I use a 5 step approach:-

  1. Acknowledgement
  2. Acceptance
  3. Action
  4. Achieve
  5. Award (reward)

Whatever your desired area of growth – finances, relationships, career, academic, business, personal – my coaching sessions will give you clear pathway of progression that is shaped by you. I will not directly give you the answers but assist you in digging deep and finding them within yourself. Something we all possess!

Sessions can take place in person either at my office in Brixton, London or alternatively a mutally suitable space by arrangement. Sessions can also be carried out via Zoom (onine and app video platform).

Prices will be determined by method, location and number of sessions booked.
